After receiving your order we will send you an email with delivery information for your order, along with an order reference number.
Deliveries under 90kg , are sent via Courier service and are normally dispatched on day of order if ordered before 1pm. Other wise they are dispatched next working day. Courier deliveries are normally delivered in 2 working days but may take up to 3 working days.
All deliveries over 90kg are sent via a Distribution company. Your order will be packaged on to a pallet and delivered by a network of UK based haulers. It is important that you are available to receive the delivery . Upon receiving your order we will provide you with the contact details of the hauler in charge of delivering your order. Delivery times can vary from 1 - 4 days depending on your location.
Unfortunately as we don't deliver ourselves we cannot specify exact times of delivery. Evening and weekend deliveries are also not currently available at our normal rates. Please call us if you need to arrange this.
NB – Should you notice any sign of damage to your goods on delivery please do not accept the delivery. You must report it to us immediately. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for items that are damaged during transit if the customer has signed for them.

Warranty Issue and Returns
Should you think that you have received faulty goods please contact us immediately. Do not proceed with fitting. We can not take any responsibility for a fitted floor if it was previously known that the product was faulty.
Before fitting please check that you have the correct product and that you are happy with the product. If you need to make a change , this can always be done before the floor is fitted , but not after.
All floor warranties are void should the floor not be fitted correctly or recommended site conditions are not met. Please read our guides on fitting before commencing any work. Please also refer to manufacturers instructions.
