Should you think that you have received faulty goods please contact us immediately. Do not proceed with fitting. We can not take any responsibility for a fitted floor if it was previously known that the product was faulty. Before fitting please check that you have the correct product and that you are happy with the product.
If you need to make a change , this can always be done before the floor is fitted , but not after. All floor warranties are void should the floor not be fitted correctly or recommended site conditions are not met. Please read our guides on fitting before commencing any work. Please also refer to manufacturers instructions.

Please also refer and follow any manufacturers warranty information printed on each box. Ensure that you have read our fitting guidelines before proceeding with any work.
